 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 12:18 p.m. Tuesday – Scott Marshall Singer, 50,  Valparaiso, wanted on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,300.
• 12:26 p.m. Tuesday – Victor Gaspar Soberanis, 29, of 1692 East CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $2,000.
• 1:25 p.m. Tuesday – David Isaac Mullins, 30, of 2983 N. Murphy Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $500.
• 2:21 p.m. Tuesday – Justin Alan Christner, 29, of 301 S. Rowland Ave., Leesburg, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $250.
• 2:22 p.m. Tuesday – Aaron Kinser Brubaker, 31, of 1818 Sherron St., Warsaw, arrested for court. No bond set.
• 5:40 p.m. Tuesday – Jamie Nichole Albert, 25, of 3745 E. Stanton Road, Leesburg, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $300.
• 5:47 p.m. Tuesday – Rick Leslie Kensinger, 33, of 3745 Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
• 10:58 p.m. Tuesday – Ricky Allen Wright II, 20, of 1100 West CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.


Property Damage Accidents
• 5:30 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs South 700E and East 350S, Pierceton. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Charles E. Shepherd, 66, Ryerson Road, Pierceton. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Pierceton Police Department investigated.
• 7:15 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 25 and West CR 250W, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Mitchell L. Townsend, 24, Wabash Avenue, Rochester, and Angela K. Inglehearn, 24, North CR 650E, Rochester. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 7:42 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 225S and 756E, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers:  Danielle C. Slone, 22, Country Club Road, Warsaw, and Elizabeth Brehany, 16, Country Club Road, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. PPD.
• 1:12 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Harrison and Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Samantha L. Shell, 18, West CR 300S, South Whitley, and Andrea L. Risner, 31, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:42 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs South 600W and West 500S, Warsaw. Vehicle ran off road and rolled over. Driver: Daryl C. Wright, 19, Scott Road, Claypool. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.
• 5:07 p.m. Tuesday – Detroit Street, Warsaw. Vehicle hit pole. Driver: Jose D. Juarez, 47, Aspen Court, Warsaw. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. WPD.
