n 12:30 p.m. Friday – Eddie Harmon Sr., 63, South Bend, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $45,000.
n 1:28 p.m. Friday – Kevin Bernard Logan, 24, Gary, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 2:27 p.m. Friday – Randall Joseph Murphy, 52, of 7456 N. Ind. 13, North Webster, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
n 6:15 p.m. Friday – Justin Riley West, 21, of 618 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $10,000.

n 7:02 a.m. Friday – intersection of CR 450W and Ind. 25, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Michael D. McCarty, 51, West Wildwood Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
