n 12:59 p.m. Tuesday - Tara Ott, of 3535 Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

n 2:22 p.m. Tuesday - Karlie Sue Robles, aka Karlie Sue Stump, aka Karlie Stump, 22, of 1447 Ind. 25, Warsaw, arrested for check deception. Bond: $225.

n 3:37 p.m. Tuesday - Miguel Cacahua, 37, of 1692 CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25

n 5:36 p.m. Tuesday - Terry Lynn Killian, 47, of 6427 Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear, six counts of check deception, and on a warrant from another agency. No bond set.

n 11:16 p.m. Tuesday - Ruby Ann Staab, 31, of 6226 CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for probation violation, two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $2,500.

n 2:56 a.m. Wednesday - Austin Lee Perkins, 26, of 11516 CR 450W, Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

n 9:37 a.m. Wednesday - Joseph Michael Miller, 19, of 425 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $500.

n 11:17 a.m. Wednesday - Jordan Matthew Miller, 29, of 433 E. 18th St., Rochester, arrested on a warrant from another agency. No bond set.

n 2:05 p.m. Wednesday - Harold J. Herr, 27, of 4117 Heron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of battery. Bond: $500.

n 3:49 p.m. Wednesday - Christina Marie Blackburn, 26, Lafayette, arrested for check deception. Bond: $1,550.

n 3:33 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Main and Washington streets, Warsaw. Pickup-car-SUV collision. Drivers: Edward A Rock, 56, East Jackson Street, Mentone; Josie P. Crace, 22, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. The third vehicle, registered to Kosciusko County Commissioners, West Main Street, Warsaw, was parked when it was struck by Crace's vehicle.
