 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 6:58 p.m. Friday – Vigdalla Moore, 34, Ligonier, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in a reckless manner. No bond set.
n 7:45 p.m. Friday – Andrea Jolee Smith, 21, of 721 Cook St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of chemical reagents or precursors of meth with intent to manufacture. Bond: $2,000.
n 7:46 p.m. Friday – Felipe Roberto Ponce de Leon, 29, Fort Wayne, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $300.

n 11:24 a.m. Wednesday – 1610 E. Center St., Warsaw. Vehicle hit fence and awning. Driver: Doris M. Woodward, 86, Channel View Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 2:49 p.m. Wednesday – 100 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Vehicle hit building. Driver: Lois J. Stone, CR 400W, Claypool. Damages: Less than $1,000. WPD.
n 6:01 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Walton Boulevard and Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Andrew Spears, 22, Market Street, Warsaw; Tiffany L. Harris, 32, Packerton Road, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

n 5:30 p.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw woman reported a theft from her residence on Clinic Court. WPD.
n 7:23 p.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw person reported an unknown male attempting to kick in a front door on Clark Street. WPD.
n 7:41 p.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw woman reported theft of a helmet at Owen's west. WPD.
n 9:37 a.m. Thursday – A Warsaw woman reported her work email account hacked into and emails taken with intent to defraud residents of money on Briar Ridge Circle. WPD.
