n 1:22 p.m. Tuesday - Tony Eugene Bennett, 40, of 29 N. Long Lane, North Manchester, arrested on a warrant from another agency. No bond set.

n 5:10 p.m. Tuesday - Devin Roger Heldenbrand, 26, Acworth, Ga.., arrested on two counts of failure to appear and burglary. Bond: $12,000.

n 6 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Leroy Robinson, 39, Mishawaka, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
