• 4:36 p.m. Thursday - Mitchell Ryan Stevens, no age listed, Lafayette, arrested on two counts of check deception. Bond: $500.

• 5:06 p.m. Thursday - Bruce Alan Flesher, 20, of 8316 W. Ind. 25S, Etna Green, arrested for conversion. Bond: $500.

• 5:50 p.m. Thursday - James Michael Miller, 32, of 7263 E. Blacks Court, North Webster, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $250.

• 6:44 p.m. Thursday - Leonard Cooney Loomis, 25, of 119 E. Baker St., Warsaw, arrested for theft/shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

• 7:02 p.m. Thursday - Bobbie Lea Atkins, 36, of 405 W. Washington St., Mentone, arrested for theft/shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

• 7:38 p.m. Thursday - Andrew Vickry Barfell, 37, of 321 W. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for felony non-support. Bond: $10,000.

• 8:39 p.m. Thursday - Thomas Alan Stiver, 37, of 2324 W. CR 350S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and public intoxication. No bond set.

• 8:59 p.m. Thursday - Kerry John Tucker, 38, of 444 S. CR 900W, Etna Green, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

• 3:01 a.m. today - Terry Lee Carr, 33, Liberty Center, arrested for burglary to a business. Bond: $2,000.

• 3:25 a.m. today - Aaron David Banks, 27, of 123 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

Injury: Roberts complained of back pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
