• 12:43 a.m. Saturday – Benjamin Jay Waldbeser, 33, of 3705 E. Bowser Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:06 a.m. Saturday – John David Vandiver, 27, Elkhart, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.
• 1:17 a.m. Saturday – Travis Jordan Hubler, 18, of 4291 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.
• 1:27 a.m. Saturday – Jason Andrew Gunter, 20, of 4291 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.
• 3:14 p.m. Saturday – Steven Leroy Foreman, 43, of 413 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency. No bond set.
• 4:52 p.m. Saturday – Tyler Harrel Boganwright, 24, of 10258 W. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with prior offense and failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $1,500.
• 6:04 p.m. Saturday – Ronald Richard Spaulding, 50, of 622 N. Ellsworth St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 6:46 p.m. Saturday – Joshua Lee Jones, 34, Wawaka, arrested for theft. No bond set.

• 2:22 a.m. Sunday – Salvador Murillo Barrios, 49, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with prior offense. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:46 a.m. Sunday – Russell Joseph Kearney, 46, of 507 E. Edgewater Ave., Syracuse, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

Denhartog, 79, West Emeline Street, Milford. Injuries: Martinez complained of hip pain. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
