n 1:05 a.m.Monday - Randy Allen Warren, 45, of 348 N. Main St., North Webster, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No bond set.

n 4:13 a.m. Monday - Brian Whitacre Bradley, 31, of 3104 Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

n 6:50 p.m. Monday - Cynthia Jo Wilkey, 53, Columbia City, arrested for non-support. Bond: $8,000.

n 8:11 p.m. Monday - Jeffrey Allen Hutcherson, 50, of 4124 N. Allen Lane, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 4:46 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Fort Wayne and Harrison streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Paul S. Quillen, 54, Ind. 25, Warsaw; Eric J. Everest, 28, North Park Avenue, Warsaw.
