 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 10:29 a.m. Wednesday – Anita L. Moore, 28, of 3230 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 1:32 p.m. Wednesday – Michael R. Reiff, 46, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear and running away from lawful detention. Bond: $10,000.
n 2:23 p.m. Wednesday – Christine M. Bennett, 27, Argos, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
n 4:08 p.m. Wednesday – Robert L. Ditton, 40, of 415 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.
n 5:04 p.m. Wednesday – Lindsay R. Housman, 25, of 11194 N. Honeycomb Lane, Cromwell, arrested for theft less than $100,000 and breaking and entering a dwelling or religious structure. Bond: $5,000.
n 6:58 p.m. Wednesday – Foster M. Dutton, 39, of 112 S. Scott St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing, delivering or manufacturing meth within 1000 feet of a school. Bond: $20,000.
n 3:21 a.m. Thursday – Ashley A. Paschall, of 901 S. Harkless Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 6:43 p.m. Tuesday – CR 1100N, 300 feet east of East Wawasee Drive, Syracuse. Vehicle struck pole. Driver: Ernest O. Heiman, 31, CR 950N, Syracuse. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 4 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 200N and 100E, Warsaw. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: David S. Eddy, 54, CR 200N, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.[[In-content Ad]]
