- 10:08 a.m. Friday – Keya K. Justice Larkin, 35, of 305 W. Market St., Pierceton, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $50,000.
- 12:39 a.m. Saturday – Dustin Michael Richmond, 19, of 636 Walter Way, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $5,000.
- 1:51 p.m. Saturday – Maria Isabel Encino, 38, of 304 13th St., Winona Lake, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.
- 7:05 p.m. Saturday – Jonathan Michael Shepherd, 21, of 976 E. CR 600S, Claypool, arrested for theft and resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $2,000.
- 8:04 p.m. Saturday – Brandon R. Brit, 25, of 311 E. Madison St., North Webster, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.
- 8:42 p.m. Saturday – Cloie R. Bradley, 30, of 102 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
- 12:35 a.m. Sunday – Deanna Marie Geberin, 18, of 1555 Ford Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
- 2:22 p.m. Sunday – Harry Caudill, 67, of 7849 N. CR 400E, Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 3:23 p.m. Sunday – Johnny Gomez, 25, of 3705 S. Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 4:50 p.m. Sunday – Jeremy Allen Garber, 38, of 71 E. South St., Milford, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.
- 9:21 p.m. Sunday – Lorelei Adele Mounsey, 33, of 402 W. First St., Milford, arrested for driving while intoxicated – endangerment, driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $2,000.

Personal Injury Accident
- 1:08 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Kenneth R. Kerlin, 83, West Ind. 14, Silver Lake; Jon A. Lukens, 55, East CR 550S, Warsaw. Injury: Belinda Lukens, 50, East CR 550S, Warsaw, a passenger in Lukens’ vehicle, complained of back pain. Damage: Less than $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
- 7:07 a.m. Tuesday – Syracuse-Webster Road, 3,100 feet south of CR 1200N, Syracuse. Pickup hit tree. Driver: Timothy A. Sheer, 50, North Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 11:28 a.m. Saturday – Country Club Drive, 400 feet east of Lakeshore Drive, Warsaw. Car hit tree. Driver: Jeremy M. Blackwell, 20, South Union Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
- 7:15 a.m. Saturday – 830 S. Ind. 13, Pierceton. Pickup went in ditch. Driver: Brian P. Andrews, 26, South CR 400E, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
- 3:42 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of Center and Indiana streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kayla M. Hepburn, 17, West CR 100S, Warsaw; Evelyn L. Wagner, 88, Old Port Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
- 11:30 p.m. Sunday – Old 30, 500 feet east of CR 325E, Warsaw. Van hit deer. Driver: Sue A. Bechtold, 59, South CR 400W, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

Warsaw Gets Past Goshen On Penalty Kicks, Advances
A September match between the Warsaw and Goshen girls soccer teams resulted in a 1-1 tie after a hard-fought match. Tuesday night, the two teams met for a second time on a much bigger stage: the opening round of the 3A girls soccer sectional tournament at Elkhart High School. With a winner having to emerge this time around, it came down to penalty kicks, with the Lady Tigers winning 5-3 after a 0-0 tie.
