- 8:15 a.m. Tuesday - James Nicklaus Cress, 21, of 3553 S. County Club Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

- 11:29 a.m. Tuesday - Jud James Stillson, 47, of 172 EMS D18 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $1,000.

- 11:40 a.m. Tuesday - David Dominguez, 20, of 1805 Ironwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for identity deception and forgery. Bond: $2,000.

- 4:40 p.m. Tuesday - Brandon James Karbach, 26, of 529 Railside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.

- 5:39 p.m. Tuesday - Kenneth Lee Edwards, 47, Lewisburg, Tenn., arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.

- 5:42 p.m. Tuesday - George Edward Timmons, 51, 520 Chinworth Court, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 6:05 p.m. Tuesday - Brian C. Wilmere, 39, of 502 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 6:09 p.m. Tuesday - Steven Everette Bentley, 29, of 794 S. Bunting Lane, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.

- 7:42 p.m. Tuesday - Johnathon Matthew Bland, 21, of 77 Kings Highway, Winona Lake, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $350.

- 10:10 p.m. Tuesday - Aaron Michael McKibben, 18, of 302 S. Henry St., Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $750.

- 10:25 p.m. Tuesday - Nicole Lynn Wagner, 20, of 2095 E. CR 1000N, North Manchester, arrested for failure to apper. Bond: $15,000.

- 2:55 a.m. today - Eric JT Barkel, 37, of 59 EMS T13 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
