n 8:31 a.m. Thursday - Aaron Charles McDaniel, 38, of 81 EMS W 25 Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000.

n 10:45 a.m. Thursday - Pamela Leigh Stahley, 43, of 743 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor conversion. Bond: $1,000.

n 11:58 a.m. Thursday - Matthew Gardner Simcox, 25, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 12:47 p.m. Thursday - Charles Ray Shepherd, 44, Martin, Ky., arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.

n 4:55 p.m. Thursday - Joshua Paul Evans, 22, Walkerton, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender. Bond: $2,000.

n 5:56 p.m. Thursday - Abie Alan Stump, 24, of 107 E. High St., Mentone, arrested for battery on law enforcement and resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $2,000.

n 11:43 p.m. Thursday - Thomas Abraham Marcum, 31, of 3512 E. CR 1200S, North Manchester, arrested for burglary to a permanent residence. Bond: $10,000.

n 1:53 a.m. today - Daniel Byron Slone, 23, of 4877 N. CR 100E, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.

n 3:10 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Ind. 15N and Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Michael W. Kuhn, 21, Backwater Road, North Webster; Toby W. Bostic, 33, Clinic Court, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 3:55 p.m. Thursday - 2233 E. Center St., Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Driver: Leann G. Gutwein, 68, Center Street, Warsaw; Kimberly A. Busz, 20, Maple Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

n 11:57 p.m. Thursday - CR 600S, 2,500 feet east of County Farm Road, Claypool. SUV hit deer. Driver: Heather M. Hazen, 42, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

n 5:39 p.m. Jan. 25 - James D. Alford, Wawasee Circle, Cromwell, reported a break-in to his residence and the theft of a gas-powered auger, tiller, leaf blower, nail gun and tool box with miscellaneous tools. KCSD.

n 3:30 p.m. Saturday - Brinda K. Bocook, CR 800S, Claypool, reported a break-in to her residence and the theft of a pacemaker box. KCSD.

n 6:24 p.m. Thursday - Amber Lynn Marsillett, Walter Way, Warsaw, reported unauthorized charges on her debit account. WPD.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
