- 1:47 a.m. Wednesday – Kenneth Lee Barnett, 51, of 579 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $300.
- 8:49 a.m. Wednesday – Dwayne D. Deroix, 39, Andrews, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $750.

- 12:48 p.m. Monday – Zimmer Road, 1,200 feet south of Lake Street, Warsaw. Pickup hit utility pole. Driver: Corey D. Cochran, 47, Ironwood Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Chanse Cochran, a passenger in Cochran’s vehicle, suffered minor bleeding from his head; Cochran complained of neck pain. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 11:49 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 19S and CR 600S, Mentone. Car hit fence. Driver: Leah Sponseller, 18, North CR 650W, Warsaw. Injury: Sponseller suffered minor bleeding from her arm. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
