 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 9:29 a.m. Monday – Justin W. Siede, 21, of 9752 S. Pheasant Place, Claypool, arrested for never being licensed and leaving the scene of an accident. Bond: $10,000.
n 10:20 a.m. Monday – Paul B. Arnett Jr., Knox, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.
n 10:21 a.m. Monday – Jesus M. Ojeda, 41, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for having an altered interim license plate. Bond: $1,000.
n 12:20 p.m. Monday – Shawn M. Baga, 22, of 704 N. Ind. 19, Etna Green, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
n 12:39 p.m. Monday – Pablo Gonzales, 33, of 401 W. Rochester Street, Akron, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.
n 1:31 p.m. Monday – Michael A. Kuta, 38, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for receiving stolen property. No bond set.
n 3:59 p.m. Monday – Amanda S. Watkins, 28, of 1407 N. Market St., North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear and battery. Bond: $3,000.
n 3:58 p.m. Monday – Lauren A. Mills, 22, of 317 W. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 4:24 p.m. Monday – Reuben J. Delion, 18, of 313 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury and disorderly conduct - fight. No bond set.
n 5:47 p.m. Monday – Dennis D. Vandiver II, 37, of 1816 Rieder St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while license suspended with a prior conviction within 10 years and fraud – covering two crimes. Bond: $5,300.
n 7:47 p.m. Monday – Emmett S. Potts, 22, Valparaiso, arrested for possessing chemical reagents – precursors of meth, with intent to manufacture. Bond: $2,000.
n 7:57 p.m. Monday – Sergei Marthaler, 18, Pierceton Woods, Pierceton, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

Personal Injury
Accidents
n 12:36 a.m. Monday – Ind. 14 E., 150 feet east of Packerton Road, Sidney. Vehicle left roadway, struck embankment, went airborne, struck utility pole and telephone junction and overturned. Driver: Jeffery L. Reiff, 25, Binkley Road, Larwill. Passenger: Brian L. Lardino, 24, Ind. 14, Silver Lake. Injuries: Reiff was ejected during the crash and was airlifted to Parkview hospital. Lardino had a minor burn to his head and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 6:53 a.m. Monday – Intersection of CR 400S and County Farm Road, Warsaw. Two vehicle collision. Drivers: Adam M. Craft, 22, CR 650S, Pierceton; Hal J. Gunter, 65, CR 600S, Claypool. Injuries: Gunter was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for complaint of chest pain. Damages: $25,000-$50,000. KCSD.
n 3:30 p.m. Monday – US 30 westbound, 10 feet east of CR 250E, Warsaw. Driver reported a hit and run. Driver: Kimberly K. Rangel, 52, Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Rangel experienced neck pain and transported herself to Kosciusko Community Hospital where she reported the crash. Damages: Less than $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 6:40 a.m. Monday – 8275 N. CR 600W, Warsaw. Vehicle struck propane tank and residence. Driver: Jonna C. Wiggs, 20, Lehman Drive, Milford. Damages: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.
n 3:51 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Detroit and Lyon streets, Warsaw. Two vehicle collision. Drivers: Jessica Cervantes, 18, Lyon Street, Warsaw; Tama L. Leek, 57, Oak Lane, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

n 9:45 a.m. Thursday – A Warsaw man reported his wallet stolen at the Warsaw Public Library. WPD.
n 3:20 a.m. Saturday – A Pierceton man reported a failure to stop after a property damage accident on EMS R3E Lane. KCSD.
n 11 a.m. Saturday – A North Webster woman reported household items stolen from a storage facility which had its lock cut off on Ind. 13. KCSD.
n 3:27 p.m. Saturday – A Napa Auto Parts employee reported a suspicious act and possible attempted theft over the weekend at their Detroit Street store. WPD.
n 8:55 p.m. Saturday – A Pierceton man reported a battery on Third Street. KCSD.
n 10:30 p.m. Saturday – A Warsaw man requested a citizen's assist involving a snow mobile at Kosciusko Community Hospital. KCSD.
n 1:05 a.m. Sunday – A Leesburg woman reported  battery. KCSD.
n 9 a.m. Monday – A Warsaw woman reported a theft from New Look Boutique on Winona Ave. WPD.
n 2:38 p.m. Monday – A Pak A Sak Shell employee reported a theft of fuel from their Center Street store. WPD.
n 3:04 p.m. Monday – Battery resulting in bodliy injury was reported on Tiger Lane. WPD.
n 4:07 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw man reported being threatened on Detroit Street over a civil transaction. WPD.
