County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 10:23 a.m. Wednesday – Emmaline Elizabeth Templeton, 22, of Clarksville, Tenn., arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:53 p.m. Wednesday – Ivan Leroy Muhammad, 41, of Harvey, Ill., arrested on a warrant. No bond set.
• 4:42 p.m. Wednesday – Kristie Lee Young, 29, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.
• 5:12 p.m. Wednesday – Dewayne Mack, 31, of Richton Park, Ill., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $15,000.
• 7:03 p.m. Wednesday – Jerrod Wayne Turpen, 30, of 6179 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

Personal Injury Accidents
• 3:19 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of High and Market streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Charles E. Duncan, 53, Ind. 15, Silver Lake; Chad M. Morgan, 35, Dot Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Morgan complained of back pain. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
• 4:06 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of North CR 300E and Rookstool Road, Milford. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Lisa D. Peterson, 49, EMS D24 Lane, Syracuse. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 5:33 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 14 and South CR 750W, Silver Lake. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Cara R. Prater, 26, Ind. 19, Akron. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
• 11:13 a.m. Wednesday – Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Vehicle backed into another vehicle. Drivers: Ana L. Rodriguez-Juarez, 17, Vicky Lane, Warsaw; Brittni J. Elrod, 17, Nancy Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 11:45 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 300S, Warsaw. Vehicle ran off of road and hit a fence. Driver: Rosa L. Nunez, 41, Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
• 3:29 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Winona Avenue and Scott Street, Warsaw. Vehicle backed into another vehicle. Drivers: Gerald D. Konkle, 77, Fisher Avenue, Warsaw; Jeffrey L. Grindle, 54, South CR 400E, Pierceton. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 11:23 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and CR 400S, Warsaw. Vehicle hit dog. Driver: Matilda L. Sexton, 68, North CR 200W, North Manchester. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

• 7:23 a.m. Wednesday – Threats and intimidation were reported in the 200 block of Fifth Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 8:36 a.m. Wednesday – Theft was reported in the 700 block of Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 6:12 p.m. Wednesday – Theft was reported in the 200 block of Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
