n 10 a.m. Tuesday – Jim Edward Waid Jr., 33, of 16 EMS B51A Lane, Warsaw, arrested for being a fugitive – warrant for another Indiana agency. No bond set.
n 11:32 a.m. Tuesday – Michael Sheridian Dove, 31, of 9060 S. Don Way, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 12:50 p.m. Tuesday – Dustin Taylor Ford, 22, Tippecanoe, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $1,000.
n 1:32 p.m. Tuesday – Gregory Allen Moening, 31, Columbia City, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender. Bond: $2,000.
n 2:11 p.m. Tuesday – Timothy John Sanborn, 52, Whitestown, arrested for theft – more than $100,000 in value. No bond set.
n 2:17 p.m. Tuesday – Josefina Campos, 36, of 1692 E. CR 200N, No. 39, Warsaw, arrested for theft – less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 3:12 p.m. Tuesday – Terry Lynn Miller, 31, Garrett, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $624.50.
n 6:58 p.m. Tuesday – D. Ann Jackson, 34, of 5152 S. CR 700W, Burket, arrested for driving while suspended and check deception. Bond: $860.30.
n 7:57 p.m. Tuesday – Nicole Ann Gillen, 22, of 1066 Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

n 8:05 p.m. Tuesday – 2400 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Bobby W. Reed, 54, EMS B10 Lane, Pierceton; Ronald W. Redden, 56, Charles Street, Winona Lake. Injuries: Reed was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for medical treatment. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 4:24 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North Detroit Street and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Tyler D. Waddle, 19, West Center Street, Warsaw; Pamela A. Rozelle, 37, East Kemo Avenue, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
n 4:54 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Main Street and a north to south alley, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Casey L. Rinker, 29, East CR 1000N, Syracuse; Jared D. Anderson, 19, East Main Street, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

n 2:02 p.m. Tuesday – A Mentone woman reported a non-traffic accident in the 5900 block of West Bluebird Street. KCSD.
n 2:46 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw man reported a lost of stolen Xbox in the 200 block of West Jefferson Street. WPD.
