• 2:13 p.m. Tuesday – James Theodore King, 48, of 1518 Dot St., Warsaw, arrested for rape and sexual battery. Bond: $101,000.
• 2:55 p.m. Tuesday – Jeremy Ramon Lacy, 28, South Bend, arrested for robbery with a deadly weapon. No bond set.
• 3:58 p.m. Tuesday – David Byron Franklin Jr., 35, Angola, arrested for battery. Bond: $163.62.
• 5:32 p.m. Tuesday – Dominik Blaise Sanderson, 19, of 9331 E. Crooked Mile Road, Cromwell, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 12:13 a.m. today – Shane Andrew Wright, 29, of 3094 Deerfield Path, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and reckless driving. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:41 a.m. today – Hailey Rachelle Charles, 24, of 1909 Rosemont Av., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia and trafficking with an inmate. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:16 a.m. today – Weston Eugene Bradley, 29, of 507 S. Morton St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 6:42 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 275E and 225S, Winona Lake. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Steven E. Ihnen, 57, East CR 300S, Akron; Angela L. Westafer, 38, North Washington Street, North Manchester. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

Concern With Main & Bronson Streets Intersection Brought Before Traffic Commission
Neighbors in the vicinity of Main and Bronson streets approached the Warsaw Traffic Commission Wednesday regarding a safety concern at that intersection.
