The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 11:23 a.m. Thursday – Brian Curtis Polquin, 40, of 8571 E. Bond St., North Webster, arrested for violating parole. No bond set.
- 12:20 p.m. Thursday – Grover Vandyke Layne, 49, of 109 W. Church St., Leesburg, arrested for child molesting. Bond: $20,000.
- 12:22 p.m. Thursday – Johnie Ray Dove, 54, of 2122 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for filing a false police report. Bond: $500.
- 3:46 p.m. Thursday – Michael Shaine Grice, 34, South Bend, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 5:36 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15E and CR 1200S, Silver Lake. One vehicle rolled over.  Driver: Floyd K. Vincent, 51, Wabash. Injuries: Vincent complained of upper leg pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 10:05 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 14E and CR 800E, Sidney. One vehicle slid into a ditch. Driver: Lauren M. Davis, 25, of 1887 W. CR 800S, Claypool. Injuries: Davis complained of back pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
- 4:42 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 25W and Union Street. Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Marla Doyle, 44, of 3346 N. Knollwood Drive, Warsaw, and Hanna Kuhn, 21, of 7623 W. CR 100S, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department Investigated.

- 8:45 p.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs 200W and 900S, Silver Lake. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Will Davidson, 42, of 10490 S. School Ave., Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
- 7:10 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 450N and 100E, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Allison Baker, 16, of 2538 E. Evergreen Drive, Warsaw; Camron M. Snodgrass, 17, of 4101 N. Blue Heron Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
- 7:21 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Center and Harrison streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Nicole Abel, 17, of 3100 Frontage Road, Warsaw; Rosemary Love, 36, of 425 N. Saint Clair Court, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000.  WPD.
- 7:31 a.m. Tuesday – 3660 Commerce Road, Warsaw. One vehicle slid into traffic bunkers. Driver:  Janet M. McFarren, 60, of 701 Roy St., Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 7:54 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 750N and 750W, Nappanee. One vehicle struck a utility pole. Driver: Mariah Yoder, 18, of 6140 N. CR 625W, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000.
- 8:12 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 75E and 550N, Leesburg. One vehicle struck a tree. Driver: Nicholas Green, age not available, 606 W. Pike  St., Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

- 7 p.m. Sunday – A man reported a theft in the 3600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw. WPD.
- 9 p.m. Monday – A woman reported her daughter was the victim of sexual misconduct in the first block of West Church Street, Leesburg. KCSD.
- 1:41 p.m. Tuesday – A man reported a theft in the 500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
