 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 2:07 p.m. Thursday – Heather M. Addair, 27, of 604 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.
n 2:24 p.m. Thursday – Larry R. Little, 50, of 1213 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested on a writ of attachment. Bond: $5,237.41.
n 4:37 p.m. Thursday – Daniel T. Kern, 41, of 16086 Apple Road, Bourbon, arrested for failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Bond: $2,500.
n 4:58 p.m. Thursday – Mark A. O'Connor, 41, Tippecanoe, arrested for possession of marijuana paraphernalia and possession of a schedule I, II, II or IV controlled substance without doctor's order. Bond: $2,000.
n 7:19 p.m. Thursday – Maximo E. Martinez, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.
n 7:53 p.m. Thursday – Richard L. Keplinger Sr., 50, of 5935 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
n 9:15 p.m.  Thursday – Teresa Xique, 27, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $5,000.
n 1:13 a.m. Friday – Betty J. Liptow, 61, of 5164 W. Corlys Lane, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated per se and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior arrest. Bond: $750.
n 3:16 a.m. Friday – William F. Enyart, 26, Rochester, arrested for possesion of marijuana more than 30 grams or prior arrest. Bond: $2,000.
n 4:29 a.m. Friday – Joseph A. Hettinger, 33, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for battery and two counts of intimidation with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,000.

n 4:42 a.m. Friday – Ind. 15, 600 feet north of Plum Street, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Angela M. Frost, 40, CR 425W, Claypool; Kristopher M. Freed, 30, Nappanee Street, Nappanee. Injuries: Freed sustained a severe laceration to the right side of his scalp and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages:  $10,000-$20,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

n 4:42 a.m. Friday – Ind 15, 800 feet north of Plum Street, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Keith J. Vuittonet, 26, U.S. 30, Pierceton; Christopher A. Blake, 38, Main Street, Warsaw. Damages: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

n midnight Tuesday – A Warsaw woman reported her checkbook stolen from her vehicle while she worked at Papa John's on Lake Sharon Road. KCSD
n 4:30 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw woman reported her husband missing from Levi Lee Road. KCSD.
n 2:22 p.m. Wednesday – A Syracuse woman reported a check written, signed and cashed by an unknown person. KCSD.
