n 11:52 a.m. Monday - Jordan Keith Costello, 22, New Haven, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

n 12:02 p.m. Monday - Ryan Keith Kirksey, 26, of 15122 E. CR 300S, Akron, arrested on two counts of check deception. Bond: $775.

n 2:21 p.m. Monday - Baldemar Robles, 33, of 773 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $15,000.

n 2:41 p.m. Monday - Jeremie Junior Price, 35, Plymouth, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 7:47 p.m. Monday - Joseph Eugene Drummond, 19, of 1306 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

n 11:05 p.m. Monday - Martha Ann Sharpe, aka Meredith Simpson, 27, of 1202 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for theft-shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

n 11:15 p.m. Monday - Kenneth Riley Schnitz, 59, of 1906 Sandcastle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $5,000.

n 1:18 a.m. today - Gregory Robert Patrick, 30, of 625 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 3:38 a.m. today - Dustin W. Tunnat, 24, Plymouth, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

n 12:59 p.m. Monday - 100 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Pickup hit parked pickup registered to Bety Litsey, CR 773E, Pierceton, pushing it into an SUV registered to Araminta Holderman, Roy Street, Winona Lake. Driver: Michael L. Robinson, 59, Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n Friday - Larry Stover, Canary Court, Mentone, reported the theft of two electric anchors, two fishing reels, four zip poles, bait, miscellaneous tools, three electrical cords, miscellaneous fishing tackle and a box, and a trolling motor from a shed. Value: $2,066. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 2:19 p.m. Monday - An employee of Woodward Realty, Buffalo Street, Warsaw, reported damage to a window at a property. WPD.

n 7:04 p.m. Monday - Jean Marie Kindig, Market Street, Warsaw, reported someone set a fire outside the back door of her residence. WPD.

n 10:30 p.m. Monday - An employee of Super Wal-Mart, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported a shoplifter. WPD.
