• 11:09 a.m. Tuesday - Valedeo Andrew Gonzales, 29, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.

• 12:42 p.m. Tuesday - Virginist Mae Westafer, 31, Culver, arrested for failure to appear and check deception. Bond: $250.

• 3:49 p.m. Tuesday - Mario Isaac Martinez, 23, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.

• 7:15 p.m. Tuesday - Buck Slone, 45, of 103 N. Orchard Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

• 7:31 p.m. Tuesday - Marge Lynn Green, 45, of 2798 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

• 8:22 p.m. Tuesday - Jacob Paul Miller, 33, of 1108 W. Canal St., Winona Lake, arrested for theft/shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

• 12:18 a.m. today - Mark David Landes, 43, of 1215 E. CR 350N, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

• 12:48 a.m. today - Matthew Stephen Anderson, 21, of 301 N. Morgan St., Mentone, arrested for visiting a common nuisance and possession of marijuana. Bond: $950.
