• 10 a.m. Monday – Martin Charles Mulder Jr., 30, of 1046 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for court. No bond set.
• 10:59 a.m. Monday – Trevor Alan Wertman, 19, of 8280 U.S. 30 East, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.
• 1:32 p.m. Monday – Teresa Jo Wilson, 45, of 227 S. East St., North Manchester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 2:05 p.m. Monday – Bradley Scott McAfoose, 22, of 401 N. Third St., Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $500.
• 3:16 p.m. Monday – Juan Lorenzo Tlahuetl, 18, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
• 3:20 p.m. Monday – Daniel Lee Haab, 47, of 9573 N. Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell, arrested for domestic battery. No bond set.
• 9:48 p.m. Herman Darrel Smith, 50, of 289 EMS R4 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.

• 1:53 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Old 30 and South CR 600E, Pierceton. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sasha M. Foyle, 39, CR 900N, Cromwell; Sheila M. Tanner, 47, Goshen. Injuries: Tanner complained of leg pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 4:38 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of East CR 450N and Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Kenneth J. Graff, 20, North CR 925E, North Webster; Zachary T. Shepler, 20, EMS B42A Lane, Leesburg. Injuries: A passenger in Shepler’s vehicle, Racquel A. Tucker, 20, North CR 100E, Warsaw complained of pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 6:35 a.m. Monday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and South CR 900E, Pierceton. Vehicle crossed the median and rolled over twice. Driver: Jan C. Carter, 74, Columbia City. Injuries: Carter complained of arm pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital; passenger Linda K. Carter, 70, Columbia City, complained of shoulder and upper arm pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

• 1:47 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of East CR 450N and Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Diana M. Kamberg, 81, B37 Lane, Warsaw; Dianna K. Allen, 50, Sawgrass Lane, Leesburg. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
• 2:09 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 1350N, Milford. Two-vehicle rear-end collision with one driver fleeing the scene. Remaining driver: Carlin J. Yoder, 41, Ind. 13, Middlebury. Damages: $750 to $1,000. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 11:13 a.m. Sunday – Workman Drive, Syracuse. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Vehicle was backing out of driveway and struck a truck registered to Sherry D. Gehring, Workman Drive, Syracuse. Driver: Timothy G. Rodgerson, 35, East CR 800N, North Webster. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 5:28 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of Jefferson and Morgan streets, Mentone. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Danny L. Flenner, 17, Francis Street, Delong; Sarah E. Moore, 30, Monroe Street, Mentone. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
• 10 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of Base Line Road and Prairie Street, Leesburg. Vehicle struck a pole. Driver: Aaron E. Lambert, 24, Rowland Avenue, Leesburg. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

SOUTH BEND — After a year of collaboration, data analysis and community engagement, the Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG) unveiled Move Safe Michiana – the Regional Transportation Safety Action Plan. This comprehensive strategy addresses roadway safety in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Kosciusko and Marshall counties and is now available for public review and comment until June 9.
