n 1:52 p.m. Tuesday - Benjamen Lee Huckelby, 21, New Castle, arrested for check deception. No bond set.

n 3:48 p.m. Tuesday - Jamie Edward Elijah, 32, of 85 EMS B7 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving while suspewnded. Bond: $300.

n 4:44 p.m. Tuesday - Joseph E. Helton, 31, of 410 S. 7th St., Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

n 12:54 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Market and Buffalo streets, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Brittany N. Creekmore, 18, Packerton Road, Warsaw; Daniel R. Coppes, 15, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 8:10 p.m. Tuesday - CR 600W, 1,500 feet south of CR 700S, Burket. Pickup rollover. Driver: Ezekiel G. McSherry, 18, CR 600S, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
