• 10:01 a.m. Thursday - Franklin Dean Hibschman Jr., 18, of 44 EMS B66 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for felony theft and failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.

• 10:38 a.m. Thursday - Kegan Charles Young, 18, of 209 E. Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.

• 6:23 p.m. Thursday - James Donald Strodtman, 46, of 307 W. Pickwick, Syracuse, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $5,000.

• 8:07 p.m. Thursday - Saul Vasquez, 28, Ligonier, arrested on three counts of dealing cocaine/narcotics. Bond: $20,000.

• 9:02 p.m. Thursday - Ray Franklin Belcher, 37, of 524 Inwood Circle Drive, Syracuse, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 4:45 p.m. Monday - Intersection of CRs 750E and 500N, North Webster. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Ricky A. Westerman, 34, Mishawaka. Injury: Westerman complained of back pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 3:30 p.m. Thursday - CR 900N, 200 feet east of CR 200E, Milford. Van slid down embankment and hit a culvert. Driver: Andrea Beatrice, 33, EMS D18A1, Syracuse. Injuries: Beatrice complained of body pain and a passenger in her vehicle, Landon Stilts, 9, EMS D18A1 Lane, Syracuse, complained of head pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
