• 1:36 p.m. Wednesday - Roy Gene Lewis, 54, of 7881 E. CR 500S, Pierceton, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $750.

• 10:08 p.m. Wednesday - George Edward Timmons, 50, of 520 Chinworth Court, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

• 2:03 a.m. today - Herbert Chandler, 65, Fort Wayne, arrested for forgery/checks and felony theft. Bond: $10,000.

• 2:25 a.m. today - Stephanie Ann Clark, 32, South Bend, arrested for criminal mischief and two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,250.
