• 11:55 a.m. Monday - Donald Richard Young, 37, of 1109 S. CR 950W, Cromwell, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 4:09 p.m. Monday - Gerald Zartman, 56, of 103 S. Henry St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

• 4:40 p.m. Monday - Donald Ray Allen Jr., 26, of 512 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.

• 7:58 p.m. Monday - Johnnie Lee Smith, 56, Munice arrested for being a habitual traffic offender. Bond: $5,000.

• 12:18 a.m. Tuesday - Randall Lee Piner, 25, of 1017 E. Center St. #C, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

• 2:55 a.m. Tuesday - Veronica Michell McCurtis, 22, East Chicago, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:01 a.m. Tuesday - Christopher Winter Hull, 36, Griffith, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $250.

• 11:05 a.m. Tuesday - Steven Melvin Hapner, 35, of 1446 Shagbark Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear, probation violation and battery. Bond: $5,750.

• 11:21 a.m. Tuesday - Humberto Villerreal, 29, of 1824 Michael St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine or narcotics. Bond: $10,000.

• 11:37 a.m. Tuesday - Simeon Pina, 31, of 1999 W. CR 900N, Milford, arrested for dealing cocaine or narcotics. Bond: $10,000.

• 11:59 a.m. Tuesday - Rigoberto Nunez, 39, of 1818 Nye St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine or narcotics. Bond: $10,000.

• 11:59 a.m. Tuesday - Michele Nunez, 36, of 1818 Nye St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine or narcotics and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $10,000.

• 11:21 a.m. Tuesday - Filiberto Rubacav Huizar, also known as Filiberto H. Rubalcava, 22, of 1824 Michael St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine or narcotics and identity theft. Bond: $80,000.

• 3:03 a.m. today - Travis Scott Klenke, 25, of 300 E. Honeycutt Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

• 6:50 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Ind. 19 and CR 1350N, Nappanee. Car almost hit horse-drawn buggy, spooking the horse which then stepped on the car hood. Driver: Samantha J. Hahn, 19, Walnut Street, Nappanee. Buggy registered to Owne Brokholder, West CR 1300N, Nappanee. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 4:15 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of CR 200S and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Salvador Martinez, 26, Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Rod Yoder, 52, Clover Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
