• 12:29 p.m. Tuesday – Douglas Lee Pullman Jr., 51, of 7510 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $500.
• 2:16 p.m. Tuesday – Jaclyn Elein Miller, 18, of 212 S. Henry St., Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
• 6:46 p.m. Tuesday – Jose Luis Vega-Nunez, 20, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 7:32 p.m. Tuesday – Curtis Wayne Hunley, 42, of 41 EMS T16B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 10:12 p.m. Tuesday – Joshua Allen Bammel, 33, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #121, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and battery in the presence of a child under 16 years old. Bond: $2,000.
• 10:35 p.m. Tuesday – Cosme Antonio Arriola Jr., 20, of 13922 N. CR 400W, Milford, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 11:08 p.m. Tuesday – Benjamin Michael Stewart, 41, of 9018 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 3:59 a.m. Wednesday – Cameron Robert Collins, 34, of 6482 N. Second Trail, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $550.

• 6:46 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs West 1350N and North 500W, Nappanee. Driver fell asleep and hit a utility pole. Driver: Jeffrey M. Hively, 47, East CR 1150N, Milford. Injuries: Hively was transported to Goshen Hospital for back pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 6:25 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Wooster Road and West Street, Winona Lake. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Eric J. Harman, 30, Huntington. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
