n 9:45 a.m. Friday – Michael Allen Terlosky, 32, Fort Wayne, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
n 1:50 p.m. Friday – Johnny Gomez, 45, of 3705 S. Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $300.
n 5:06 p.m. Friday – Daniel Byron Slone, 25, of 4877 N. CR 100E, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
n 6:41 p.m .Friday – Austin James Smith, 18, of 508 W. Center St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear and theft. Bond: $14,000.

n 6:40 a.m. Monday – CR 950W, 500 feet north of Welsh Road, Mentone. Car hit deer. Driver: Brian P. Leal, 34, West Pearl Street, Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 7:07 a.m. Tuesday – Syracuse-Webster Road, 3,100 feet south of CR 1200N, Syracuse. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Timothy A. Sheer, 30, North Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
n 2:51 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30W and CR 800W, Etna Green. Car hit guard rail. Driver: Joseph R. Defelice, 29, Valparaiso. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSD.
n 4 p.m. Wednesday – Chapman Lake Drive, 200 feet south of EMS C6 Lane, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Rachell R. Hatfield, 36, of South CR 350E, Warsaw; Steven M. Warner, 56, South Blaine Street, North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

n 8:31 p.m. Thursday – An Etna Green woman reported a theft from a residence in the 200 block of South Walnut Street. KCSD.
n 8:15 a.m. Friday – A Warsaw man reported a theft from a vehicle on North Lakeview Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.
