n 12:59 p.m. Wednesday - Mitchell Craig Frye, 39, of 406 N. Market St., North Manchester, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $5,000.

n 3:38 p.m. Wednesday - Nathaniel Dean Prater, 18, of 619 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for theft/shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

n 12:12 a.m. today - Dustin Dewitt Cearbaugh, 30, Roanoke, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

n 12:14 a.m. today - Brian Dale Krizan, 38, of 109 S. Washington St., Sidney, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $26,000.

n 3:05 a.m. today - Robert Steven Milton, 35, of 9422 N. Ind. 19, Etna Green, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.

n 3:10 a.m. today - Robert Shane Gibson, 37, Columbia City, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

n 7:09 p.m. Wednesday - CR 700W, 1,000 feet north of CR 600S, Burket. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Colt A. Johnson, 17, Ind. 25, Mentone. Injury: A passenger in Johnson's vehicle, Amber M. Hall, 16, Madison Street, Rochester, complained of chest pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 6 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Main and Tamarack streets, Warsaw. SUV hit fire hydrant and street signs. Driver: Mark A. Brandenburg, 46, Columbia Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

n 8:56 a.m. Wednesday - William Austin Crane, Shagbark Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of a ring from his vehicle. WPD.
