n 1:01 p.m. Tuesday - Megan Maria Rico, 20, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.

n 1:33 p.m. Tuesday - James Clarence Decker, 25, of 4207 W. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

n 6:12 p.m. Tuesday - Stephen Wayne Miller, 45, Kokomo, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 9:34 p.m. Tuesday - Jeremiah Gene Phillips, 25, of 37 EMS R4H Lane, Pierceton, arrested for check deception. No bond set.

n 12:02 a.m. today - Jerry L. Carrington, 25, Goshen, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

n 3:54 a.m. today - Rodney Allen Ewing, 42, Columbia City, arrested for intimidation, disorderly conduct and resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $2,000.

n 2:30 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15S and CR 300S, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Joseph M. Devine, 70, Lagro; David L. Bell, 49, Wabash. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

n 5:15 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 800N, North Webster. Van hit deer. Driver: Taza M. May, 21, Blacks Court North, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
