- 11:31 a.m. Monday - Todd Douglas Warren, 44, of 54 EMS B 38 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

- 12:31 p.m. Monday - Jonathon Craig Mauk Jr., 35, of 726 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for non-support. Bond: $10,000.

- 3:51 p.m. Monday - John William Tharp, 19, of 201 S. Line St., South Whitley, arrested for driving while suspended and two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $300.

- 4:31 p.m. Monday - William Deghoff, 37, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

- 4:46 p.m. Monday - Cory Lane Clark, 27, of 116 N. Center St., Larwill, arrested for failure to appear and driving while suspended. Bond: $750.

- 6:34 p.m. Monday - David Xique Cuatel, 36, of 77 Bunting Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a counterfeit government ID and failure to appear. Bond: $700.

- 10:49 p.m. Monday - John Albert Camon, 43, of 302 Maple Grove, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

- 11:32 p.m. Monday - John Allen Shalchzu, 44, of 754 East CR 1250N, Milford, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.

TVHS Renovations Expected To Be ‘Substantially Complete' By Month’s End
