■ 7:18 p.m. Thursday – Bennie P. Morse Jr., 55, Goshen, arrested for possession of chemical reagents or precursors to manufacture meth, pos- session of methamphetamine and paraphernalia and on a warrant. Bond: $200,000.
■ 8:27 a.m. Friday – Kirk W. Depoister, 37, of 11149 N. Humpty Dumpty Drive, Cromwell, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $10,000.
■ 9:30 a.m. Friday – Brian R. Pennington, 34, of 5020 W. Island Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
■ 2:19 p.m. Friday – Oscar W. Tipton, 39, of 7338 W. Justus Stephens Lane, Claypool, arrested for theft less than $100,000, fleeing after being ordered to stop by law enforcement, posses- sion of marijuana and on a warrant for another agency. Bond: $3,000.
■ 3:01 p.m. Friday – Kenneth J. Smith, 35, Naperville, Ill., arrested for theft less than $100,000. Bond: $2,000.
■ 7:02 p.m. Friday – Jessie James W. Cornett, 24, Bloomington, arrested for
driving with a suspended license. Bond: $300.

■ Wednesday – A Warsaw man found a wallet in a yard on Fort Wayne Street and turned into station. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
■ 5:59 a.m. Thursday – A Warsaw woman was a victim of battery and transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Male suspect was arrested. WPD.
■ 9 a.m. Thursday – A Warsaw woman reported graffiti on a building located on Maple Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
■ 1:57 p.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw man reported property damage on Center Street. WPD.
■ 5:06 p.m. Thursday – A Shoe Sensation employee reported a theft from the store. WPD.
■ 1:48 a.m. Friday – A Warsaw woman was the victim of battery in the presence of four children. Male sus- pect arrested. WPD.
