n 10:12 a.m. Monday - Collin Robert Meck, 20, of 4600 N. CR 250E, Warsaw, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.

n 3:23 p.m. Monday - Chastity Gwenn Gaspard, 33, of 1029 Indiana Ave., Syracuse, arrested for theft from a business and theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 4:24 p.m. Monday - Jeremy Lee Dawson, 23, of 3441 W. Warren St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.

n 6:12 a.m. Monday - Ind. 15S, 200 feet north of Union Street, Claypool. Two-car collision. Drivers: Ashley L. Regenos, 23, CR 1275E, Akron; Randy R. Jones, 30, Wabash. Injury: Regenos complained of arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 7:50 a.m. Monday - Ind. 19S, 2,640 feet south of CR 800S, Mentone. Car slid down an embankment. Driver: Eden M. Shewman, 17, CR 500S, Mentone. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

n 3:25 p.m. Monday - Intersection of US 30E and CR 325E, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Katherine L. Miller, 72, Wooster Road, Pierceton; Eric D. Corner, 35, Columbia City. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

n 12:20 a.m. Friday - Joseph A. Barczak, CR 125S, Pierceton, reported someone kicked in the back door of his apartment. KCSD.

n 3:46 p.m. Monday - Jeff Warstler, Lake Street, Syracuse, reported a dent in his vehicle which he believed was from a gun shot. KCSD.

n 11:32 p.m. Monday - An employee of Murphy Oil, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported 150 gallons of gas spilled at the station. Value: $399. WPD.
