County Jail Bookings
The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 1:06 p.m. Tuesday  - James Lee Sparks, 37, of 232 W. Lake Park Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear in court. No bond set.
- 2:35 p.m. Tuesday - Robert Braxton Kind, 27, of 14 EMS B9 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 3:29 p.m. Tuesday - Carrie Lynn Ames, 31, of Roann, arrested for failure to appear in court. No bond set.
- 4:13 p.m. Tuesday - Jessica Lynn Reed, 31, of 1915 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.
- 2:15 a.m. today – Mario Rodriguez Jr., 29, of 520 Chinworth Court, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $750.
- 3:36 a.m. today – Lloyd Rasean Rispen, 30, of Scotrun, Penn., arrested on an outstanding warrant. No bond set.

Property Damage Accident
- 2:39 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 West and East Center Street, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Ashley J. Banfield, 25, Fort Wayne; Brian J. Brown, 35, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

- 1:19 p.m. Thursday – Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the first block of Pequignot Drive, Pierceton. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 2:29 a.m. Thursday - Officers responded to a report of rape  in the 1600 block of W. Highland Court, Warsaw. KCSD.
- 2:41 p.m. Thursday - Officers responded to a report of theft in the 11000 block of North 600 W, Milford. KCSD.
- 5:45 p.m. Friday - Officers responded to a report of theft in the 7600 block of Bunting Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.
- 11:15 a.m. Tuesday – Bradley A. Johnson, 60, of CR 400N, Warsaw, reported a hit-skip accident at 2501 Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000. WPD.
- 7 p.m. Tuesday – Joshua Raymond Triplett, 35, of 1506 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, reported a glass table and entertainment center taken from his basement storage unit. Loss: $2,000. WPD.
- 9 p.m. Tuesday – Bobbi Jo Burkhart, 36, of 1227 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, reported a theft of a cell phone and toy walkie talkie. Loss: $55. WPD.[[In-content Ad]]
