Bond: $300. • 9:06 a.m. Friday – John Mitchell Dimmitt, 33, of 420 N. Roosevelt St., Warsaw, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $1,000. • 9:35 a.m. Friday – Stephen Arthur DeGroff, 27, of 2123 S.
