 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:10 a.m. Thursday – Jessica Jo Birt, 28, Wawaka, arrested for disorderly conduct – noise. Bond: $350.
• 11:44 a.m. Thursday – Skyler Alan Cone, 27,  Oswego, arrested for court. No bond set.
• 3:25 p.m. Thursday – Richard Paul Lattea, 49, of 9265 Old 15, Milford, arrested for theft and on a warrant. Bond: $2,000.
• 4:19 p.m. Thursday – Dallas Lynn Deckys, 34, of 1506 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $2,000.
• 4:43 p.m. Thursday – Lara Jean Popenfoose, 38, of 314 N. West St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $500.
• 7:01 p.m. Thursday – Autumn Sharease Helblig, 22, of 3295 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for dealing a narcotic, possession of a narcotic and theft. No bond set.
• 7:46 p.m. Thursday – Dustin M. Helblig, 23, of 3296 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for dealing a narcotic, possession of a narcotic and theft. No bond set.
• 8:24 p.m. Thursday – Brent Andrew Dilts, 30, of 327 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and criminal trespass. Bond: $1,120.

Accidents
• 6:39 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Old 30 and CR 450E, Warsaw. Vehicle hit a deer. Driver: Don R. Guy, 64, North CR 900E, North Webster. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosiusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 9:23 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Union and Prairie streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Evelyn F. Daggett, 18, School Street, Winona Lake; Samantha L. Alexander, 16, North CR 400E, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:40 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and Southshore Drive, Syracuse. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Clayton A. Cook, 18, Elm Street, North Webster; Kay S. Young, 67, Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
• 10:36 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of CRs East 900N and North 100E, Milford. Driver lost control of vehicle and struck a telephone pole and utility box. Driver: Janai S. Morrow, 22, Maple Grove, Syracuse. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.
• 10:46 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and EMS B21 Lane, North Webster. Driver lost control of vehicle and went into a ditch. Driver: Teirra M. Russell, 37, East CR 500N, Leesburg. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
• 11:47 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Wexford Place and Pioneer Lane, Warsaw. Vehicle ran off of the road and into a rocky area. Driver: James M. Craig, 21, Beachwood Avenue, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

Incidents
• 4:01 p.m. Thursday – A vehicle slid off of the road and hit a fire hydrant in the 200 block of West Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 4:50 p.m. Thursday – Battery was reported in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
