- 1:47 p.m. Wednesday – Travis Jay Shipp, 19, of 237 E. Deerwood Court, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 2:13 p.m. Wednesday – Cedric Sherman Ware, 36, of Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear in court. No bond set.
- 3:40  p.m. Wednesday – Angelique Darlene Holmes, 23, of 3010 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 5:12 p.m. Wednesday – Michael William Israel, 54, of 3733 N. Barbee Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated.  Bond: $550.
- 6:03 p.m. Wednesday – Dylan Nicole Bowser, 19, of 7448 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for minor possession of alcohol. Bond: $300.
- 6:39 p.m. Wednesday – Sierra Jacoba Hale, 18, of 11393 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 12:08 a.m. Thursday – Michael Jay Poe, 26, of 1 EMS B61A Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $2,000.
- 12:16 a.m. Thursday – Krice Hope Myers, 53, of 250 EMS T5 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for battery. Bond: $1,000.
- 4:06 a.m. Thursday – Nathaniel Allen Carlson, 22, of 302 N. Indiana St., Pierceton, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
