• 10:35 a.m. Tuesday – Cody Lagrand Foster, 23, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:29 a.m. Tuesday – Nicole Lynn Winstead, 28, of 2095 E. CR 1000N, North Manchester, arrested for manufacturing meth. No bond set.
• 12:42 p.m. Tuesday – Richard R. Hendrickson Jr., 38, of 12810 S. CR 400E, North Manchester, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $750.
• 1:23 p.m. Tuesday – Nevada Star Elliot, 36, of 113 N. Line St., South Whitley, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 10:11 p.m. Tuesday – Jacob Paul Miller, 42, of 3441 E. CR 1450N, North Manchester, arrested for driving with a suspended license with prior offense. Bond: $450.
• 1:18 a.m. today – Lisa Gayle Hall, 43, of 317 W. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia and possession of syringe for drug use. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:31 a.m. today – Jeremy Cox, 36, of 102645 S. CR 400E, Claypool, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of syringe for drug use and public indecency – sexual misconduct. Bond: $5,250.­
