• 8:03 p.m. Friday – Ryan Shane Caudill Jr., 18, of 314 N. West St., Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
• 1:45 a.m. Saturday – Jesse James Alamos, 26, of 714 N. West St., Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $550.
• 3:26 a.m. Saturday – Rick Leslie Kensinger, 33, of 3745 S. Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for theft; possession of meth; possession of a controlled substance; driving while suspended; manufacturing meth; possession of precursor; and dealing meth. Bond: $4,500.
• 4:49 p.m. Saturday – Kyle Richard Campbell, 20, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $500.
• 8:23 p.m. Saturday – Holly Rose Clabaugh, 33, of 505 S. Franklin St., Mentone, arrested for welfare fraud. Bond: $1,000.
• 8:39 p.m. Saturday – Charles Douglas Zollinger, 25, of 9649 East CR 1050N, Cromwell, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.
• 8:54 p.m. Saturday – Shawn Jefferson Baker, 25, of 17 EMS B33A Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 9:26 p.m. Saturday – Josiah James Shively, 29, of 201 S. Church St., Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 12:22 p.m. Sunday – Shane Andrew Timmons, 27, of 602 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.
• 12:24 p.m. Sunday – Jacob Ray Schweitzberger, 22, of 641 Walter Way, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a synthetic drug and theft. No bond set.
• 12:40 p.m. Sunday – Tori Marie Cleveland, 22, of 312 Old 30, Atwood, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 9:36 p.m. Sunday – Zachary Rex Kerr, 26, of 10491 S. Pearson Blvd., Silver Lake, arrested for forgery and probation violation. Bond: $3,000.

• 6:01 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Detroit Street and Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Joan M. Evans, 56, Lake Street, Warsaw; Taylor L. Venable, 22, Clark Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 5:34 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of County Farm and Hoppus roads, Warsaw. Vehicle ran off of the road and collided with a utility pole. Driver: Kaila E. Dunagan, 28, West CR 800S, Claypool. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 10:16 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of CRs North 500E and East 950N, Syracuse. Driver lost control of vehicle and collided with trees. Driver: John W. Reynolds, 31, Warner Road, Syracuse. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

• 4:05 p.m. Saturday – A hit and run accident was reported in the 2200 block of Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
