n 12:33 p.m. Wednesday – Thomas Norman Paquette, 49, of 403 N. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. No bond set.
n 1:37 p.m. Wednesday – Amanda Marie Elliott, 21, of 3750 Lake City Highway, #20, Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond: $2,000.
n 1:53 p.m. Wednesday – Zachary Henry Woodcock, 22, of 3750 Lake City Highway, #20, Warsaw, arrested for forgery and theft – less than $100,000 in value. No bond set.
n 2:34 p.m. Wednesday – Donald Eugene Fugate, 40, Greensburg, arrested for unauthorized control over property of benefit provider. Bond: $15,000.

n 2:42 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of North Detroit Street and Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Arthur A. Brown, 38, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Jose A. Rico, 50, West Baker Street, Warsaw. $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
