The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 10:59 a.m. Tuesday – Ruth Ellen Sturgis, 30, Wabash, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No bond set.
- 11:53 a.m. Tuesday – Bruce Edward Conrad, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $26,800.
- 12:46 p.m. Tuesday – Christopher Lee Mingery, 28, of 9295 E. Bayview Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 8:28 p.m. Tuesday – Michelle Lee Buie, 39, of 208 Stonewall Court, Nappanee, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,000.

Property Damage Accidents
- 8:31 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of CR 150W and Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Car hit telephone box. Driver: Sarah H. Downing, 30, Goshen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 10:23 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of CR 850N and CR 700W, Nappanee. Semi hit stop sign. Driver: Kenneth M. Merithew, 42, Anniston, Ala. Damage: Less than $1,000. KCSD.
- 6:21 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 13N and CR 150N, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Brenda J. Rigdon, 53, North Ward Lane, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
- 7:52 p.m. Monday – CR 300E, 1,000 feet north of Old 30, Warsaw. SUV hit tree. Driver: Benjamin R. Shroyer, 24, EMS C30 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
- 9:44 p.m. Monday – CR 600W, 200 feet south of CR 850S, Burket. SUV hit rock. Driver: April Heckaman, 33, South CR 600W, Silver Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
- 10 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 15S and Kincaide Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Taylor J. Garnson, 17, East McKenna Road, Warsaw; Nathan D. Shepherd, 74, Lavista Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 1:32 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Market and North Detroit streets, Warsaw. Semi-tractor trailer-car collision. Drivers: Jeremy G. Gryka, 32, Sand Lake, Michigan; April M. Barsden, 32, East Smith Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
