n 11:55 a.m. Friday - Cynthia Marie Funderburk, 46, of 12027 S. CR 890W, Akron, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

n 1:34 p.m. Friday - Kip K. Syverson, 37, Hobart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.

n 11:52 a.m. Wednesday - David M. Weaver, EMS R4 Lane, Pierceton, reported the theft of prescription medication from his residence. KCSD.

n 10:33 a.m. Friday - Martha E. Pollnow, Riverwood Ranch Road, Warsaw, reported the unauthorized use of a debit card. KCSD.
