 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 3:01 p.m. Tuesday – Jordan Zachary Coffman, 25, of 202 N. Clark St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.
n 3:01 p.m. Tuesday – Andrew Mitchell Ormanovich, 21, no address provided, arrested for theft – less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $1,000.
n 4:32 p.m. Tuesday – Rhonda Pearl Harrington, 31, of 951 W. Van Buren St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.
n 5:09 p.m. Tuesday – Tony Van Fountain, 19, of 1829 Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear, possession of paraphernalia, criminal conversion and possession of salvia or a synthetic cannabinoid. Bond: $2,850.
n 7:21 p.m. Tuesday – Dakota James Tarver, 18, of 3169 S. CR 575E, Pierceton, arrested for theft – less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 8:56 p.m. Tuesday – Sherry Lynn Koser, 39, of 5755 S. East Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $5,000.
n 9:56 p.m. Tuesday – Justin Robert Brumfield, 22, of 303 Donna St., Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 12:40 a.m. Wednesday – Corey Micheal Malik, 28, of 303 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency. No bond set.
n 1:26 a.m. Wednesday – Kimberly Kay Hunsberger, 47, of 525 N. Ind. 19, Etna Green, arrested for false informing. Bond: $1,000.

n 7:20 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East CR 200N, Warsaw. Hit-skip accident. Remaining driver: Grant R. Toney, 28, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 6:03 p.m. Tuesday – North CR 450E, 300 feet north of East CR 1050N, Syracuse. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Meichi L. Stahly, 35, of North Eastshore Drive, Syracuse. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
n 7:23 p.m. Tuesday – North CR 150W, 1,000 feet south of West CR 400N, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Natalie S. Heck, 49, East Oldfield Drive, Leesburg. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
n 2:32 a.m. Wednesday – South Buffalo Street, 100 feet north of Boydston Street, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Michael E. Grubbs, 57, East Leedy Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Incidents
n 8:46 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw man reported battery resulting in injury in the 200 block of South High Street. WPD.
n 4:02 a.m. Wednesday – A vehicle was towed in the 1900 block of Plaza Drive, Warsaw, due to false or ficticious registration. WPD.
