- 8:04 a.m. Wednesday - Loren William Laird II, 29, of 208 S. Main St., Etna Green, arrested for check deception. Bond: $225.

- 11:07 a.m. Wednesday - Boston Charles Snyder, 18, of 7710 W. Hoffman Lake Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

- 11:38 a.m. Wednesday - John Luroy Miller, 30, of 7236 E. Blacks Trailer Court, North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 2:30 p.m. Wednesday - Frank Edward London, 22, Muncie, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $2,000.

- 7:32 p.m. Wednesday - Fernando Lozana, 56, of 1099 W. CR 900N, Milford, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $300.

- 1:45 a.m. today - Bryan Edward Bronsing, 27, of 2161 Oakwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.

- 12:55 a.m. Tuesday - Ind. 13N, 500 south of CR 1150N, Pierceton. SUV hit deer. Driver: Judith A. Cortney, 56, East Wawasee Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

- 7:15 a.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30W, 1,500 feet west of CR 950W, Etna Green. Pickup went off road. Driver: John R. Lowe, 39, Hamlet. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
