n 3:13 p.m. Wednesday - Michael Steven Harris, 45, of 423 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $1,000.
n 3:53 p.m. Wednesday - Brent Mitchell Hale, 34, of 514 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery and failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.
n 10:39 p.m. Wednesday - Kelley Lorena Erickson, 20, of 1740 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 11:20 p.m. Wednesday - Charles Laustin Kreider, 20, of 111 E. High St., Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
n 3:51 a.m. today - Jose M. Cordero, 37, of 1905 S. Sandcastle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated with a minor in the vehicle. Bond: $2,000.
n 4:57 a.m. today - Kevin Dwight Bryant, 34, of 208 S. Washington St., Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor theft. Bond: $350.

n 1:42 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Argonne Road and Center Street, Warsaw. Truck-car collision. Drivers: Dennis W. Boyd, 59, Van Ness Road, Pierceton; Lucas C. Denlinger, 18, Peppergrass Court, Warsaw. Damage: $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
