 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 9:37 a.m. Thursday – Jeffery R. Price, 31, of 3845 E. Lakeview Trail, Leesburg, arrested for fraud on a financial institution. No bond set.
• 12:04 p.m. Thursday – William Omara, 52, of 4749 E. Armstrong Road, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $100,000.
• 1:27 p.m. Thursday – Franklin Lloyd Seeley II, 39, of 6537 W. Grimme Lane, Claypool, arrested for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident. Bond: $25,000.
• 2:22 p.m. Thursday – Erica Rose Pruitt, 20, of 105 E. Carroll St., Syracuse, arrested for theft less than $100,000. Bond: $2,000.
• 2:28 p.m. Thursday – Brandon Douglas Landry, 25, of 209 E. Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for theft less than $100,000. Bond: $2,000.
• 4:02 p.m. Thursday – Dwayne J. Leiter, 43, of 6885 S. Beaver Dam Road, Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $350.
• 11:45 p.m. Thursday – Sharon Kay Miller, 41, of 1202 Wooster Road, 7, Winona Lake, arrested for residential entry and battery. Bond: $2,000.
• 5:12 a.m. Friday – Vincent Donald Maher, 23, of 111 E. County Line Road 10, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 5:37 a.m. Friday – Randall Joseph Murphy, 53, of 7456 N. Ind. 13, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana more than 30 grams and dealing marijuana. Bond: $2,000.
• 11 a.m. Friday – Christian Michael McQuade, 19, of 27 EMS B59 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for theft less than $100,000. No bond set.
• 12:52 p.m. Friday – Jan R. Barrentine Sr., 54, Elkhart, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.
