Westphal, 72, Red Eye Drive, North Webster; Richard J. Zydek, 59, West CR 350S, Pierceton. Injuries: Wesphal suffered bruising to her knee and lower leg; Zydek complained of upper arm and shoulder pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.
