- 5:26 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of CRs 100S and 900W, Mentone. One vehicle struck a culvert. Driver: Kacie M. Wallace, 19, of 1204 N. CR 750W, Warsaw. Injury: Nathan C. Kreiter, 22, of Tippecanoe, complained of face pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
