- 4:08 a.m. Sunday – Arthur Crit Martin, 24, of 5381 W. Turner Road, Claypool, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
- 5 p.m. Sunday –­ Devon Pete Poe, 24, of 316 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 6:30 p.m. Sunday – Brenda Lee Blackburn, 47, of 201 E. William Drive, Milford, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 10 p.m. Sunday ­– Nicholas John Himes, 33, of 1915 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 11:12 p.m. Sunday – Seth Weldy McMillan, 45, of 208 14th St., Winona Lake, arrested for aggravated battery. Bond: $2,000.
- 4:05 a.m. Monday – Kevin Michael Vaughn, 45, of 485 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for assisting a criminal. No bond set.
- 7:35 p.m. Monday – Margaret A. Vancuren, 33, of 2705 William Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for driving  while suspended. Bond: $250.
- 10:18 p.m. Monday - Melvin Oliver Greenfield, 65, of P.O. Box 72, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended and failure to appear in court. Bond: $750.
- 2:56 a.m. Tuesday – Madison Renee Richards, 27, of 908 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for check deception. Bond: $250.

- 10:39 a.m. Friday – Intersection of West Market Street and Hand Avenue, Warsaw. Car struck a parked vehicle registered to Eddie D. Dawson, 747 W. Market St., Warsaw. Driver: Dan K. Gast, 80, of 412 W. Clearwater, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 11:29 a.m. Friday – Intersection of East Center and Roosevelt Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Suzanne E. Shumaker, 24, of 926 S. Pine Mills Road, Warsaw; David K. Readle Jr., 52, of 918 N. Old Orchard Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
- 1:18 p.m. Friday –  Intersection of Ind. 15S and Prairie Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Nathan D. Shepherd, 74, of 1911 Lavista Drive, Warsaw; Julianne Shlegel, 26, of 737A S. Union St., Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

- 8:11 a.m. Saturday –  Intersection of North Parker and East Center streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shawn R. Remfrey, 37, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw; Carla K. Landolt, 31, of 207 N. East St., Milford. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 4:05 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of CRs 200N and 100E, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Renee Elizabeth Reneker Morlan, 43, of Plymouth. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 7:36 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15N and Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Andrew D. Palladino, 18, of 1705 Faunn St., Winona Lake; Nicole D. Bratten, 23, of 742 W. Market St., Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 8:19 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Armstrong and Sawgrass roads, North Webster. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Regina K. Farmer, 33, of 534 Panorama Drive, North Webster. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000.  KCSD.
