 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 10:44 a.m. Tuesday – Jeffery Adam Secrist, 27, Elkhart, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. No bond set.
n 11:02 a.m. Tuesday – Michael R. Kauffman, 42, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license. Bond: $50,000.
n 1:12 p.m. Tuesday – Xavier Wade Russell, 27, of 221 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $2,000.
n 2:05 p.m. Tuesday – Tyler Matthew McDowell, 20, of 4027 E. CR 450N, Leesburg, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.
n 7:20 p.m. Tuesday– Darren Wayne Geaugh, 36, of Fort Wayne, arrested for theft of less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 7:42 p.m. Tuesday – Richard Oliver Hine Jr., 36, Macy, arrested for driving on a suspended license. Bond: $300.

 n11:15 a.m. Tuesday – Buffalo Street, 200 feet south of Center Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Grace E. McDonald, 23, North Union Street, Warsaw; Stacie Ousley, 34, Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000.  Warsaw Police Department investigated.
 n 1:04 p.m. Tuesday – East Center Street. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kelsey N. Long, 23, CR 800W, Warsaw; Vera G. Shavers, 73, Widaman Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
 n 1:20 p.m. Tuesday – Walton Boulevard. Two-car collision. Drivers: Terry L. Keefer, 74, Coventry Court, Plymouth; Laura J. Huff, 42, Ligonier. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

n 7:30 p.m. Sunday – A person reported a subject drove through a man’s yard doing damage. KCSD
n 9:30 p.m. Sunday – A person reported a burglary. KCSD.
n 10 p.m. Sunday – A person reported an unauthorized use of her father’s vehicle. KCSD.
n 2 p.m. Monday – A person reported an unauthorized use of her bank card. KCSD.
n 12:26 p.m. Tuesday – A person reported a fradulant transaction over a property purchase. KCSD.
n 12:35 p.m. Tuesday – A person reported someone throwing a rock through his window. KCSD.
